Lyndsey was the oldest daughter of Brad and Teresa Logsdon, born in 1995 a seemingly typical baby who grew into a seemingly typical toddler.

Around the age of three it became apparent that Lyndsey might not be a typical toddler - struggling with speech and cognitive difficulties, her parents learned that Lyndsey was developmentally delayed.

While her family was concerned with the future, Lyndsey continued to live her life to the fullest.

Lyndsey was caring, loving, kind and giving. She loved making friends and truly thought everyone was her friend - she never met a stranger. She really enjoyed singing, dancing and recording her own music videos on her iPad! Most of all she just enjoyed being silly and making people laugh!

Lyndsey became a member of Special Olympics and competed in many sports. Being involved with SO allowed Lyndsey to truly be herself and to be surrounded by those similar to her.

On December 7, 2016, Lyndsey's life was cut short when her family's car was hit by a drunk driver. Those who knew and loved her were devastated and wanted to continue to spread Lyndsey's kindness and generosity to those in the community. It was then that the Love Like Lyndsey Loved foundation was born.
